INNER SOUND has been teaching sound therapy and therapeutic music since 1978. We make tuning forks, record music for listening and download, and train people to use both — for themselves, for family and friends,
or in their own practice.
Becoming an INNER SOUND Tuning Fork practitioner starts with the Complete Tuning Fork Training — the Basic and Advanced trainings taken together. Certification afterward is optional, and asks for written work, documented sessions with others and on yourself, and a technique exam. Write to us for the requirements in full.

Our Journey
At just 15, Arden discovered that the music we listen to holds untapped potential. This revelation inspired the founding of INNER SOUND. Jack joined her, contributing his expertise in physics of sound, high-quality recording, and the effect of different tunings on the body. Since its establishment in 1978, INNER SOUND has pioneered a unique approach to sound therapy, offering tuning fork training for individuals and professionals, Voice Workshop in Self-care, and Personal Music, an album composed for one person. With a shared passion to understand the body’s response to sound, both Arden and Jack are certified Postural Integrators, while Arden holds Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork from the NCBTMB (USA). Jack’s innate talent for designing systems, coupled with his love for sailing, fuels their innovative work, including the development of a psychoacoustic recording system, SSRS, to enhance the effect of Arden's music. Together, they have created 28 albums, 4 specifically for animals.

No musical training is needed for any of it. Some situations ask for care, adaptation, or a doctor's involvement, and the trainings cover when that applies.
